Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times:

- Express shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
